I decided to make a little printable about birth. You know all those popular “Keep Calm and Carry On” posters out there, with all their endless variations? Keep calm and fish on, keep calm and knit on, keep calm and read on, keep calm and dance on…
There weren’t any about birth, so I made one, just for fun. I think once labor hits, that’s about all you can do…pray, work with your body and keep calm. Our bodies were designed to birth babies!

UPDATE: I’ve uploaded it to a file sharing site, so you can { click here } to download the grey 8×10! And I’ve added one in { aqua and black } as well.
Thank you to Birth Without Fear for posting this on your blog! If you haven’t visited BWF before, you should! Tons of awesome info and amazing birth stories as well!

Maybe I’m losing it, but I don’t see the link to the 8×10 grey version on the file sharing site lol.

Great sentiment Kelly. I think you just have to have faith and let your body do the talking and the mind relax. Good luck!

I’m not a big fan of these prints either, but I have to say, I like this one! :)

Good thing to remember…but I prefer the whole screaming and wriggling in pain way. LOL
