Remember last year when I wrote for 31 days about Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Egg Free Comfort Food? Every day for the month of October, I posted a recipe or wrote something about Allergy Friendly Comfort Food. Recipes like Gluten Free and Vegan Mac and Cheese, our favorite Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Turkey Shepherd’s Pie. It was a crazy, fun, learning experience, and writing and photographing food every day for a month made me realize I wanted to turn this into an allergy friendly food blog. And I’m so glad that I did – focusing on what I love has made me a better blogger, and has allowed me to “meet” so many of you – fellow food lovers!
Well, I decided to write an eBook! I took some of the best recipes from that 31 day series, and added some new recipes that have not been published before, and compiled them all into a handy, easy-to-read eBook called, Allergy Friendly Comfort Food: 40 Delicious Recipes Made Without Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, or Soy.
It was a fun learning process to write an eBook, and I’m excited to be able to make it available! You can read more about it on this page.
