Mix up the dough


This dough just requires gluten free flour, powdered sugar, vanilla, and vegan buttery spread

Roll out the dough


Dust the rolling pin and parchment paper with gluten free flour, then roll the dough out to a thickness of 1/3 of an inch.

Slice the dough into rectangles


Slice the dough with a sharp knife 

Get ready to bake


Place the cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Pierce with a fork.

To knead or not to knead


Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. The cookies will be delicate - allow them to cool fully before moving

Dip into chocolate


The finishing touch is melted dark chocolate! Dip each cookie in chocolate to make an extra decadent treat.

Chill in the refrigerator


Chill the cookies in the refrigerator to allow the chocolate to firm up
