  • 1 pint So Delicious Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert
  • 1 1/4 cups So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk Beverage
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup cooked beets drained and cooled


  1. Remove the So Delicious Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert from the freezer and let it soften for about 10 minutes.
  2. Once the frozen dessert is slightly soft, place all the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. Immediately pour into glasses and top with more raspberries if desired.

Recipe Notes

*To cook beets: Peel and cut up one medium sized beet. Place in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and let cool before adding to the milkshake.
