Ingredients

  • 11 ounces So Delicious Culinary Coconut Milk*
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 10 oreo/chocolate sandwich cookies broken

Instructions

  1. Place the culinary coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in your ice cream maker.
  2. Process according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. About 5 minutes before it is done processing, add the crumbled oreo cookies.
  4. Enjoy immediately, or store in the freezer. If you store in the freezer, you will need to allow time to thaw slightly before eating.
