Double Chocolate Banana Nice Cream.

This easy dairy free ice cream is made in a food processor and doesn't require an ice cream maker. This chocolate ice cream is smooth and delicious.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 bananas - sliced and then frozen
  • cup cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons dairy free chocolate chips optional
  • sunbutter, coconut flakes, sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Place the banana coins, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a food processor. If you are using peanut butter or sun butter, add that at this time as well.
  • Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy - this may take a few minutes. You may need to stop the processor and scrape down the sides.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips, and any other mix ins.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

This nice cream is best enjoyed immediately.
If you decide to freeze the leftovers, they will get quite hard. Be sure remove the leftovers from the freezer and allow time for them to thaw a little bit before enjoying.
