Ingredients

  • 16 ounces strawberries finely chopped
  • 1 Fuji apple finely chopped
  • 2 mangoes peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup sugar more if needed
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice or lime juice

Instructions

  • Place the chopped fruits in a bowl. The smaller you cut the fruit, the better. It's easier to dip crackers into this salsa if it is very finely chopped.
  • Add the lemon juice and the sugar, stir well.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with cinnamon oatmeal crackers or cinnamon sugar tortillas.

Notes

This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Serve with gluten free graham crackers, pita chips, or cinnamon sugar tortillas.
You can make this with just about any type of fruit.
