Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 clementine peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup orange juice or water
  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seed hearts

Instructions
 

  • Place the strawberries, mango, and clementine slices in the blender. Let sit for a few minutes so that it starts to thaw slightly.
  • Add the hemp seed hearts and water or orange juice. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Top with more hemp seeds or more clementine slices if desired. Serve immediately.
