Strawberry Banana Coconut Smoothie.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 ½ cups frozen banana coins
  • 8 strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk I use SO Delicious Unsweetened
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup strawberries for topping

Instructions
 

  • Place the bananas in the blender and let thaw for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the strawberries and unsweetened coconut milk and blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and top with coconut flakes and more chopped strawberries if desired.

Notes

If you don't like strawberries, substitute another fruit, like a different berry, peaches, or mango.
