Ingredients
  

  • 30 ounces chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 green pepper finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste
  • optional: flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the chickpeas and the chopped green peppers in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir well.
  • Top with flaky sea salt if desired.
