Place all ingredients except for the peas and pasta in a food processor. Pulse until well blended, scraping down the sides as needed.
Put the cooked pasta, peas, and pasta in a large bowl. Toss well to coat.
Serve immediately.
Notes
If you need to make this ahead of time, make the pasta and make the sauce, then refrigerate them separately. When you want to serve them, toss together and serve.
