Ingredients

  • 30 ounces white cannellini beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and cut into pieces
  • 3/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender.
  2. Blend together until mostly smooth (I like to see some bean pieces in there, so I stop blending before it is completely pureed).
  3. Season with more salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
