Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 3 berry tea bags
  • 1 ¼ cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 4 strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Pour the water in a bowl, and microwave for 90 seconds or until steaming. Or you can heat your water in a teakettle - that will work, too!
  • Remove from microwave and place the 3 teabags in the water to steep.
  • Allow to steep until cool. Add the juice to the tea.
  • Divide the fruit evenly and place in a popsicle mold. Pour the juice/tea mixture over the fruit.
  • Place the sticks and the top on the popsicle mold, then place in freezer.
  • Let freeze for at least 6 hours, or until frozen solid.
  • To release popsicles from the mold, allow to thaw for 15 minutes, or run cool water on the outside of the bowl to make it easier to pull the popsicles out.

Notes

To store popsicles, remove from the mold and place in a ziploc freezer bag. They should stay fresh in the freezer for up to 3 months.
