Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ cup vegan buttery spread use regular butter if you are not vegan, softened
  • 1 green onion white and green parts, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in food processor or blender.
  • Pulse until combined.
  • Spread on your favorite bread, crackers. or rolls.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This spread is best if consumed in 2-3 days.
This recipe is easily doubled or tripled for larger gatherings.
If you can't have garlic or onion, you can try this with fresh herbs. Try basil, cilantro, rosemary, or chives.
