Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ cup vegan buttery spread or use regular butter if desired
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 strawberries finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Beat on medium-high speed until incorporated and the butter turns a pretty pink shade.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Keep strawberry butter in the refrigerator. It is best eaten within two days.
Serving size is about 1 ¼ Tablespoons.
