Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 can sweet yellow corn drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium sweet onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or Frito Scoops.
