Place the graham crackers in a food processor, and process until they become fine crumbs.
Add the vegan buttery spread and process until the mixture comes together.
Spoon some of the graham cracker crust mixture into the bottom of six small Mason jars.
Then add some Coco Whip, then some berries, and then repeat, until you fill each jar.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve. These are best eaten right after making them.
Notes
Use the brand of graham crackers that works best for your dietary needs. If you can't find safe graham crackers, you could use any type of cookie. Oreos, sugar cookies, or chocolate chip cookies would all work very well. For best quality, eat these parfaits shortly after assembling them.
