Quick and Easy Green Herb Sauce.

Fresh herbs, lemon, garlic, and olive oil make a delicious and versatile green sauce! This is a vibrant addition to salads, soups, and roasted meat!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 garlic cloves peeled
  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves or fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • salt Optional, to taste. Try a ¼ teaspoon.

Instructions
 

  • Place the garlic cloves, parsley and basil leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a mini food processor.
  • Process on high speed until blended.
  • Add more lemon juice or salt if desired.
  • Serve with fish, chicken, roasted vegetables, or whatever you wish!

Notes

You can use different herbs if you like. Try cilantro or mint.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
Serving size is about 2- 3 Tablespoons.
