Peach Nice Cream.

Bananas and peaches come together to make refreshing peach nice cream - a perfect summer treat.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 bananas cut into coins and frozen
  • 2 cups sliced peaches frozen
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place the frozen bananas, peaches, and the maple syrup in a food processor. Set aside for about 5 minutes to thaw just a little bit.
  • Start processing - I like to use the pulse function. The fruit will start to break into pieces. As you keep processing, it will become super small little pellets, and then it will start to come together.
  • Keep processing until the nice cream is very smooth and creamy. It will resemble soft serve.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

If you have leftovers, you can store them in the freezer, but be aware that it will become very frozen and will need to be thawed somewhat before it can be eaten.
This is best consumed immediately for best quality.
