Pineapple Strawberry Nice Cream (Banana Free).

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place the frozen pineapple and berries in the food processor. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes so it thans slightly.
  • Process on high speed until the fruit starts to break down.
  • Add the maple syrup, and scrape down the sides. Continue to blend until it is smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately. Top with granola, dried berries, or coconut flakes if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in the freezer if desired. Allow to thaw for a bit before eating as it will be frozen solid.
Leftover nice cream should stay fresh in the freezer for about one month.
