  • Place all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor or blender.
  • Process on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste, and if needed, add more cocoa powder or maple syrup. (This will depend on the size of the avocado).
  • Serve immediately topped with chocolate chips.

Notes

Use any non-dairy milk that works for your dietary needs.
Eat immediately for best flavor and texture.
Do not store in the refrigerator for more than a couple of hours.
This dessert should not be frozen.
