Instructions

  1. Place the dates, hemp seed hearts, coconut flour, and cocoa powder in a food processor, and pulse until the dates are chopped and everything is combined.
  2. Add the maple syrup and process until a thick dough is formed.
  3. Roll the mixture into one inch balls.
  4. Put the coconut flakes into a bowl and roll the balls in it to coat.
  5. Store energy bites in the refrigerator.

Recipe Notes

Store energy bites in the refrigerator for up to one week, or in the freezer for up to three months.
