  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • ¾ cup frozen peaches
  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries
  • 3 blood oranges juiced


  1. Place the banana slices, peaches, and strawberries in a blender. Let sit for about 10 minutes to thaw slightly.
  2. Add the freshly squeezed blood orange juice. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Drink immediately.

Recipe Notes

If you can't find blood oranges, you can use a different type of orange, like Cara Cara or navel oranges.

You can use mangoes instead of peaches if you like. Raspberries or cherries can be substituted for strawberries.
