For the dressing:

For the salad:

  • 2 hearts of romaine sliced
  • 1 cup red cabbage sliced thin
  • 5 green onions chopped
  • 3 oranges peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 Tablespoon sesame seeds


  1. Place all the dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well until combined.
  2. Place the romaine, red cabbage, and green onions in a large bowl and toss.
  3. Add the oranges and the dressing and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle additional sesame seeds on top if desired.
