Try these easy to make overnight oats with coconut and chocolate chips - it's a simple breakfast that's great for busy mornings!

  • Place the gluten free oats, ground flax seed (if using), and unsweetened coconut in a glass jar and whisk together.
  • Add the maple syrup and non-dairy milk. Stir to combine. Place the lid on and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning top with the dairy free chocolate chips, more coconut, berries, or seeds. Enjoy!

Notes

You can store overnight oats in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Feel free to use any non-dairy milk that you like.
If you can't eat coconut, you can leave it out.
