Instructions
In a large soup pot, place the ground turkey, and chopped green onions. Cook over medium heat until turkey is cooked through.
Drain off any excess grease.
Add the black beans with their juice, pinto beans, tomato sauce, broth, ketchup, water, mustard, dark brown sugar, sea salt, pepper, and paprika.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Season with more salt and pepper to taste. Top each serving with more green onions, cilantro, or cheese as desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They should stay fresh for about 4 days.
