  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream the vegan buttery spread, sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until fluffy. Add the applesauce and mix until combined.
  • With the mixer running, add the flour and salt a little at a time and mix on low speed until smooth. Add the food coloring and mix until the color is even. If you would like a darker pink, add more color as desired.
  • Load the cookie press according to manufacturer's instructions.
  • Press the cookies onto the prepared cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
  • Let cool for a few minutes on the cookie sheet, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Repeat with remaining dough.
