Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, cream the vegan buttery spread, sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until fluffy. Add the applesauce and mix until combined.
With the mixer running, add the flour and salt a little at a time and mix on low speed until smooth. Add the food coloring and mix until the color is even. If you would like a darker pink, add more color as desired.
Load the cookie press according to manufacturer's instructions.
Press the cookies onto the prepared cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes on the cookie sheet, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
