  1. Place the pitted cherries in a ramekin.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine the coconut sugar, oats, flour, and vegan buttery spread - mix together.

  3. Place the topping on top of the cherries. Cover with waxed paper.
  4. Microwave for 70 seconds at 70% power.
  5. Let sit for at least 5 minutes, then enjoy!
