In a separate small bowl, combine the coconut sugar, oats, flour, and vegan buttery spread - mix together.
Place the topping on top of the cherries. Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave for 70 seconds at 70% power.
Let sit for at least 5 minutes, then enjoy!
