  • Place the pitted cherries in a ramekin.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the coconut sugar, oats, flour, and vegan buttery spread - mix together.
  • Place the topping on top of the cherries. Cover with waxed paper.
  • Microwave for 70 seconds at 70% power.
  • Let sit for at least 5 minutes, then enjoy!

Notes

Use your best judgement with your microwave - every microwave cooks a little differently. Don't leave it unattended - you don't want to burn the crisp!
