Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup vegan buttery spread melted
  • 5 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup dried cherries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchmentr.
  2. Combine everything EXCEPT the dried cherries in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture on the cookie sheet and bake at 275 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes or so.
  4. Remove from oven and stir in the dried cherries. Allow to cool fully before storing in an airtight container.
