Ingredients

  • 1 small red cabbage cored and sliced thin
  • 1 red pepper sliced thin
  • 3/4 cup baby carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, oil, vinegar, celery seed, and salt together in the bottom of a large bowl.
  2. Add the cabbage, red peppers, and carrots, and stir to combine.
  3. Serve immediately.
