Dairy free creamy cilantro dressing is the perfect topping for your spring salads!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 8 ounces vegan cream cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¾ cup cilantro leaves packed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. 
  • Blend on high speed until smooth. Taste and add more salt and pepper if desired. 
  • Serve over salad greens, or with cut veggies, or on tacos. 

Notes

Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator. It should stay fresh for about 3 days.
If you don't like cilantro, you can use fresh dill, parsley, basil, or chives.
