Place the garlic cloves, parsley and basil leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a mini food processor.
Process on high speed until blended.
Add more lemon juice or salt if desired.
Serve with fish, chicken, roasted vegetables, or whatever you wish!

You can use different herbs if you like. Try cilantro or mint.Store leftovers in the refrigerator for a couple of days.Serving size is about 2- 3 Tablespoons.
