– ½ cup vegan buttery spread– ½ cup brown suga– 5 Tablespoons unsulfured molasses– 3 Tablespoons unsweetened applesauce– 2 ¼ cups gluten free flour blend– 1 teaspoon baking soda– ⅛ teaspoon salt– 2 teaspoons cinnamon– 1 ¼ teaspoon ground ginger– ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
Tips:
Grain free flours like coconut flour will not work.Use a gluten free flour blend like Namaste Perfect Flour or 123 Gluten Free Flour. If you aren't gluten free, go ahead and use regular, all-purpose flour!
Mix the wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients. The dough will be thick. Chill the dough for 2 hours.

Roll the chilled dough out. Make sure the surface is well floured, so the dough doesn't stick.

Cut out your cookies with whatever shape you like! Gently move them to a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 11 minutes. Allow to cool on the cookie sheet before moving them.
