Spooky Halloween Bats

No bake brownie bites with chocolate wings make a spooky treat that kids and adults love!

Prep Time: 25 Min

– ¼ cup dairy free chocolate chips  – ½ cup powdered sugar – 3 teaspoons water Amount may vary – you want a thick paste to form. – 32 dairy free chocolate chips – ½ cup vegan buttery spread – ½ cup brown sugar – 1 teaspoon  vanilla extract – ¼ teaspoon salt – ⅓ cup  unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 ¼ cups  oat flour

These are so fun and don't require special skills. You can make the eyes and wings with normal kitchen tools.

Step 1

Make the bat wings by melting chocolate and spooning it into a piping bag or a plastic bag with a small opening in the tip. Chill in the fridge.

Make the eyes with some powdered sugar and a bit of water until you get a thick paste. Roll into small balls and press a chocolate chip into the center.

Put the buttery spread, oat flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla in a food processor.

Process until it comes together into a thick dough.

Roll the chocolate brownie batter into balls. Now it's time to make the Halloween bats!

Step 6

Press the chilled chocolate wings into the sides of the brownie balls. Press the candy eyes onto the front of the brownies. If the brownie is too firm, make a small notch with a sharp knife so the wing fits in.
