Super Simple Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've been making these delectable cookies for almost 10 years! They're chewy and perfect!

Off-White Arrow

Vegan buttery spread

Sugar and brown sugar

Gluten free flour

Baking soda, baking powder, salt

Mashed banana

Chocolate chips








Step 1

Cream the vegan buttery spread and sugars. Add the mashed banana, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Add the dry ingredients and mix on low speed. The dough should be thick but not too dry.

Step 3

Stir in the dairy free chocolate chips by hand. Use the brand that works for your dietary needs.

Step 4

Spoon the cookie dough on the cookie sheet. Leave about one inch between cookies since they will spread during baking.

Step 5

Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet before moving.
