– 1.5 pounds skirt steak
– 1 sweet onion sliced thin
– 1 head broccoli florets chopped into small pieces
– ½ cup honey
– ½ cup tamari sauce or soy free coconut aminos
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
– cooked rice for serving
If you can't have soy, try coconut aminos instead.
Brown the sliced skirt steak and onions in a large skillet
Add the chopped broccoli florets to the skillet.
Make the stir fry sauce: combine tamari, honey, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
Add the stir fry sauce to the skillet, and continue to cook for several minutes.
