Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • cup fresh spinach packed
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk I used SO Delicious Original

Instructions
 

  • Place the frozen fruit in a blender and let it thaw for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add the spinach and non-dairy milk. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Top with coconut flakes, or blueberries, or hemp seeds. (Leave the toppings off if serving to young children). Drink immediately.

Notes

You can store the smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Stir before serving.
Feel free to use kale if you prefer - just remove the stems first. 
Makes 1 adult-sized serving or 2 kid-sized servings.
