Ingredients

  • 20 ounces canned chicken or shredded, cooked chicken breasts
  • cup sweet onion
  • 1 ¼ cup egg free mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons dill
  • 1 ½ cups red grapes sliced into halves or quarters

Instructions

  • Drain the canned chicken, and put it in a bowl. Add the chopped onion.
  • Add the mayonnaise, sliced grapes, salt, pepper, and dill. Stir.
  • Season with more salt and pepper if desired. Serve with gluten free crackers, bread or wraps.

Notes

If you aren't on an egg free diet, use your regular mayonnaise.
If you are allergic to onion, you can leave it out. Feel free to use celery or some fresh herbs instead.
Store leftover chicken salad in the refrigerator. It should stay fresh for about 3 days.
