Two ingredient watermelon strawberry fruit popsicles - so tasty, and so refreshing on a hot summer day!

Prevent your screen from going dark
Place the watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor, and blend on high until smooth.
Pour watermelon puree into the popsicle mold, filling halfway. Keep some watermelon puree in the blender. Add the strawberries to the blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour the watermelon and strawberry mixture into the popsicle molds, filling almost to the top.
Place the lid on the popsicle mold, and insert popsicle sticks.
Place in freezer until frozen - about 3-4 hours depending on the size of the mold.
Remove popsicle mold from freezer when ready to eat and let it sit for a few minutes before removing the popsicles.
The amount of fruit will vary based on the size of your popsicle molds. Adjust as needed.
Serving size is one popsicle.
Store popsicles in the freezer in a ziploc bag. They should stay fresh for about 1-2 months.
