Vegan + Gluten Free


If you've been missing the taste of samosas, try these simple patties! They have all the flavor without any dairy or gluten.

Prep Time: 10 Min

– 3 large Yukon Gold potatoes baked, and skins removed – ½ cup frozen peas – ¼ cup chopped onion – 1 ½ teaspoons curry powder  – ½ teaspoon ground ginger – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper – ½ cup gluten free flour blend – 3 Tablespoons vegan buttery spread – 2 Tablespoons canola oil

Cook Time:  15 Min



Step 1

Cook the peas and onions in some vegan buttery spread.

Put the baked potatoes in a medium sized bowl.

Add the peas, onions, vegan buttery spread, and spices to the bowl. Mash together.

Put some gluten free flour blend in a bowl. Make the potato mixture into patties, and dredge each one in the GF flour.

Step 5

Heat the oil and vegan buttery spread in a frying pan. Once it's sizzling, add the potato patties. Cook until golden brown, then flip carefully.
