Notes
Garam Masala is an Indian spice blend, but it is available in most grocery stores. If you can't find it, you can combine cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and black pepper. Mix up a small amount of those spices, and then use a teaspoon of that mixture. With this amount of seasoning, this cauliflower is a bit spicy! You may want to reduce the amount of seasoning, especially if you are serving this to childrenStore leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They should stay fresh for about 3 days.
