Remove the frozen fruit from the freezer, and let it sit for about five minutes, so it softens up a little bit.
Put all three ingredients in a food processor, and process on high speed. It will be difficult to blend at first, but it will start to break down and eventually it will become smooth.
Process until very thick and smooth.
Scoop out and serve immediately.

Makes one large serving, or two small servings.This ice cream is best enjoyed immediately. If you freeze it, it will become very hard and difficult to scoop, so allow it to thaw for a bit before serving.
