Line two cookie sheets with waxed paper and set aside.
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for one minute, then stir. If the chocolate isn't fully melted, microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring in between until it is smooth and melted.
Dip each pretzel in the chocolate, and let the excess drip back into the bowl. Once sufficiently coated, place the pretzel on the wax paper and add a few sprinkles. Repeat until all the chocolate is gone.
Place the cookie sheets in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
Store the chilled pretzels in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
