Dairy Free Strawberry Banana Coconut Smoothie.

This is a deliciously easy breakfast - a simple strawberry banana smoothie.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 ½ cups frozen banana coins
  • 8 strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk I use SO Delicious Unsweetened
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup strawberries for topping

Instructions
 

  • Place the bananas in the blender and let thaw for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the strawberries and unsweetened coconut milk and blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and top with coconut flakes and more chopped strawberries if desired.

Notes

If any of these fruits don't work for you, you can substitute other fruits, like blueberries, peaches, or mango.
