  1. Place the first five ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed until well combined.
  2. Add the mini chocolate chips and pulse just to break them up a little.
  3. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold. Insert sticks.
  4. Freeze until firm, about four hours or overnight.
