  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the vegan buttery spread, applesauce, vanilla, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the gluten free flour blend, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Stir in the cranberries, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
  5. Spoon tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12-14 minutes.
  7. Cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
