Ingredients
 
 

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup vegan buttery spread
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • cup water

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6-8 hours.
  • Enjoy with mashed potatoes or another side dish of your choice.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator. They should stay fresh for about 3-4 days.
