- Chicken Thighs – I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs to make this quick and easy. You could do bone in thighs if that’s what you have on hand.
- Vegan Buttery Spread – I love the buttery flavor that Earth Balance vegan buttery spread lends to this dish. If you can’t do vegan butter, just substitute olive oil.
- Garlic – Fresh garlic cloves give these chicken thighs a delicious savory flavor.
