Let the frozen banana coins thaw for a few minutes so that they will be easier to blend.
Place the banana coins, sunbutter, and non-dairy milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a bit more non-dairy milk if mixture is too thick.
Pour milkshakes into one glass, or two smaller glasses if you are making kid-sized servings.
If you want to top this with chocolate, heat the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for about 50 seconds, or until melted. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the milkshake. Enjoy!
