This simple and colorful winter fruit salad is a delicious breakfast or dessert option. Kiwi, apples, oranges, and pomegranate make this a vibrant salad.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 Golden Delicious Apples cored and diced
  • 2 kiwifruit peeled and diced
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges in juice drained
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Divide among four small bowls and serve.

Notes

Store leftover fruit salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It should stay fresh for about 3 days.
